Biotin is necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system, the cells of which need glucose. Together with folic acid, pantothenic acid, as well as cobalamin (other B vitamins), it improves the functioning of the body's nervous system. When it is insufficient, irritability, nervousness, rapid fatigue, insomnia appear. Biotin belongs to the "beauty" vitamins. Being a source of sulfur in the body, vitamin biotin has a positive effect on the condition of hair, skin and nails - it prevents their brittleness, promotes the growth of hair and nails, prevents their delamination, inhibits hair loss, normalizes the activity of sebaceous glands.

APPLICATION
