Icelandic moss (Carpathian cetraria) contains 70% of mucus, organic acids, enzymes, iodine, various vitamins and aromatic substances. It has antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating effects. Mucous substances contained in this plant relieve inflammation in the mucous membranes of the pharynx, nose, and mouth, soften coughs, and reduce sore throat.
The herb has an immunostimulating effect. Effective for colds, SARS, bronchitis.
Black elderberry flowers have a beneficial effect on chronic inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, which is accompanied by a dry cough and colds with high temperature.

APPLICATION
Recommendations for use: as an expectorant for inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, which are accompanied by a violation of sputum discharge. Diseases of the lungs and bronchi in the period of exacerbation and remission, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, obstructive bronchitis, as a means for the prevention of pulmonary tuberculosis.
Recommended dosage: for adults, 2 tablets three times a day 30 minutes before eating, for 4 weeks. If necessary, the course can be repeated.
Contraindications: increased sensitivity to any of the components, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
